 "Win" (Irby) Davis

1939-February 10, 2026 -

Winifred Mary "Win" (Irby) Davis, 87, passed away February 10, 2026, in New Braunfels.

Born January 26, 1939, in Corpus Christi to Joseph R. Irby and Winifred Colesworthy Irby, she grew up in West University Place. She attended University of Texas at Austin and was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta. Win spent her entire career as a dedicated legal secretary.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Jo Brayshaw and husband Lynn M. Brayshaw II; twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Davis, and her sons, Robert E. Robinson, Jr. and Jerald W. Milton.

Known as "Win" to friends and "Momo" to her grandchildren, she loved life on Lake Travis, her schnauzers, bowling, Texas Hold'em, traveling, and walking. A devoted Texas sports fan, she was a proud season ticket holder of the Houston Texans.

Her ashes will be placed beside her husband in Remembrance Gardens on Lake Travis in the spring. Date and time to be announced.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association for dementia research.
