Douglas Raymond “Duke” Beddingfield, age 81, of Katy Texas, went to be with our Lord, Saturday, March 24, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife of fifty two years, Judy Beddingfield; son, Douglas Raymond Beddingfield, Jr and his wife Kathy Beddingfield; grandsons, Charles Lee Mattingly, Douglas Raymond Beddingfield III, Randy Lanier, and Paul Muth; and granddaughters, Haley Beddingfield, Katie Woods, and Samantha Mattingly.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the Schmidt Funeral Home Grand Parkway Chapel, in Katy, with Pastor Gilpen Gray officiating. A reception will follow.
