Beverly Parker Weaver Tausend passed away peacefully on her 79th birthday on September 2nd in New York City.
A
proud Texan and New Yorker, she is survived by her loving and grateful family
including her husband Ronald Tausend, daughter Jonelle Weaver, son Jeffrey
Tausend and brother Judge
James A. Parker. An
auburn-haired angel, she enriched everyone's life that she came in contact
with. A former Michigan State graduate, fashion designer, artist and art
teacher, she leaves behind a legacy of beauty, style and grace. She loved
animals, and opened her home to many strays and abused animals over the years.
We will miss her greatly. A memorial service will be held at a future date. In
lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to The American Cancer Society or
ASPCA.
